Shira Loeb-Moloney brings over a decade of hands-on experience leading recruitment inside some of New York’s largest and fastest-growing healthcare organizations. Before founding Elite Connect, she served as Director of Talent Acquisition for one of the state’s largest licensed home care agencies and later led multi-state recruitment for a major network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. She has also supported hiring across assisted living, home care, and corporate healthcare leadership.
Having worked directly inside these environments, Shira understands what truly drives retention, culture fit, and long-term success. She has built proven hiring strategies that strengthen internal pipelines, reduce turnover, and support sustained organizational growth.
