With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, I have worked inside leading organizations across home health, skilled nursing, and senior living. I understand the realities leaders face and the candidate experience from the inside out.

 

Having seen firsthand the high cost and cultural ripple effects of rushed hires, I now partner with organizations across industries to place leaders who are positioned to succeed and stay.
